Course attendance: Our MBA programme is designed for working professionals, managersand leaders. It is an 12 months course delivered in five two weeks blocks designed to fit around your job. If, due to other commitments, you are unable to take all of the modules within the 12 months period then you can postpone individual courses and complete the MBA over a longer period of time. Assessment: Between modules delegates undertake assignments that are assessed. The final stage of the course requires a significant research-based assignment (MBA project) to be undertaken and which is marked according to requirements of the University.
Preparation: Before you come to Brighton for the first module it is important to discuss your the scope of your commitment during the course with your managers and the members of your family. Attending the course modules will be demanding and the reading and assignments that need to be completed between modules requires substantial additional time. It has been estimated that achieving an MBA requires at least 800 hours of work. You will benefit from completing a programme of reading before you come to Brighton for your first module.
