The Centre for Research in Innovation Management (CENTRIM) established over 24 years ago, develops new knowledge and understanding of how innovation works in practice. CENTRIM’s is one of the world’s top five technology and innovation management centres. CENTRIM works with partners in industry and government to provide insights into innovation dynamics, and to help improve the innovation performance of organisations worldwide. Recent work has included research into the Heathrow Terminal 5 development; Eurostar and other complex development projects; and Profitnet, a development and support network for businesses. The latest Research Assessment Exercise (2008) shows that CENTRIM has a focus on applied research and that it has a world leading record of engagement and impact on business and government.
